For more than twenty-five years, Brian has litigated cases throughout Colorado and has served as lead counsel in jury trials, bench trials, arbitrations, administrative proceedings, evidentiary hearings, and appeals. He has represented clients in matters involving business disputes, fiduciary misconduct, legal malpractice, insurance recovery, fraud, professional negligence, wrongful death, and complex judgment enforcement.

Representative experience includes obtaining and enforcing a $9 million wrongful death judgment; recovering more than $6 million in life insurance proceeds and accrued interest; securing a complete defense award in a three-week FINRA arbitration arising from the sale of a financial services business; obtaining a jury verdict for a real estate brokerage firm in a commission dispute; successfully defending a former Colorado sheriff in a defamation lawsuit; prosecuting and defending legal malpractice claims; and representing judgment creditors in complex domestic and multi-state recovery efforts.
